KS / HH is often diagnosed by excluding other conditions that might produce similar symptoms.
There is no one simple blood test that can help diagnose KS / HH, it is more often a combination of blood tests, physical examination and imaging tests.
The primary symptom of KS / HH is hypogonadism. This means a low level of the main reproductive hormones:
Testosterone in males
Oestrogen / Progesterone in females.
